Kevin is an independent housing and regeneration
research consultant and is acting Director
of HCi. Kevin has worked at senior levels
in policy, research, business planning and
communications roles for some of the country’s
largest housing associations, for the Probation
Service and for the NHS. His main research
interests are housing, communities, social
exclusion, inequality and asset based welfare,
and BME and faith issues. He specialises
in housing needs and housing market studies,
community profiles, household surveys and
social audits, and mapping deprivation and
disadvantage. He is also author of three
housing association histories and a range
of good practice guides for housing regulators
and trade bodies. Kevin is delivering a
core research programme for HCi and managing
research associates, as well as assisting
the Trustees in management and promotional
activities.
